What file types can I upload?
Remember When supports JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and WebP for photos, and MP4, MOV, and WebM for videos. Free accounts can upload videos up to 3 minutes. Premium accounts support videos up to 60 minutes.
How do I invite family members?
Go to the Family page and tap "Invite Member." You can share the invite link directly with your family members. They'll create an account and join your family automatically.
How does billing work?
One family admin manages the subscription. Premium unlocks for the entire family. You can subscribe monthly ($3.99/mo) or annually ($39.99/yr). Cancel anytime from your account settings.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your photos and videos are only visible to members of your family account. We never sell your data, show ads, or use your content to train AI models. Your memories belong to your family.
What's the difference between free and premium?
Free includes 5 GB storage, 3-minute videos, 10 family members, and 10 albums. Premium includes 100 GB storage, 60-minute videos, 50 family members, unlimited albums, an interactive family tree, and auto-upload.
Is there a mobile app?
